What data and why

• Email and phone contact - the data you provide (name, email address, phone number, message) is processed to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to conclude and perform a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
• Server logs - the hosting provider records technical visit data (IP address, date and time, browser), used only for security and diagnostics (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Google Analytics - only if you give consent in the cookie banner. Provided by Google Ireland Ltd., it collects visit statistics (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.
• Google Maps - loads only after you click “Show map”. From then on Google may set its own cookies under its privacy policy.

Browser storage

The site stores your colour theme and your cookie decision in browser storage (localStorage). This information is not sent anywhere.

Recipients and retention

Data may be shared with hosting and email providers and, with your consent, Google. Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry or contract and for the limitation period of claims.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw consent. You may lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych.
